Job Position Title: Farmer’s Market Manager

Job Type: Part-time (average of 250 hours for the season)

Compensation: $20/hr

Bristol’s local downtown organization, Bristol CORE, is looking for a Farmer’s Market Manager to organize and support our Summer Monday evening Farmer’s Markets.

The market runs from the beginning of June through September. It brings out around 30 different vendors and some 300 people each week. The market provides artists, farmers, makers, and small businesses a venue to sell their goods and connect with the community.

Position Summary

The Farmer’s Market Manager position requires an organized, self-motivated individual working with the board to coordinate and run the weekly market. This part-time seasonal position starts with a few hours in the weeks leading up to the markets and more while the markets are running. The person will oversee and curate the market and serve as the face of the Market and Bristol CORE at the market.
