Pura Vida! Next month, a group of students from Mount Abraham High School will be going to Costa Rica to do volunteer work and expand on our knowledge of other countries and cultures. Students will be participating in farm work, rescuing sea turtle eggs, reforestation and many other projects! To help raise funds for this trip the traveling students are hosting a Costa Rican dinner on March 28th 5-7 pm–before opening night of our school’s production of Mama Mia. Enjoy a traditional meal of rice, chicken, beans, salsa and chocolate cake! All of the proceeds from the dinner will support costs for local tour guides on the trip. Make it a night of dinner and theater while also supporting Mt Abe students at their best! Tickets are $8 in advance, $10 at the door, or $25 for a family of four or more. We hope to see you all there and appreciate all the support we get!! Thank you! For questions or to purchase tickets in advance please contact Mae Peterson at firstname.lastname@example.org.
