Join us in Bristol for our annual Lumen Celebration of Fire & Light and experience fire performers, a lighted walk down Main Street, and fire pits at Tandem and Vermont Tree Goods.
Begin the evening at 4:30 pm with lantern making at Holley Hall, then head to the town green at 5:30 pm for fire performers Cirque de Fuego. We’ll then have a procession down Bristol’s Main Street to fire pits at Tandem and Vermont Tree Goods for hot drinks and tasty eats.
Join us for music, shopping, and refreshments at “Eat, Drink and Be Merry,” and visit unique locations on Main Street for a terrific selection of local well-known musical acts, with accompanying food and drink.
Bristol’s Annual Chocolate Walk allows you to experience a complimentary chocolate treat, courtesy of the Main Street businesses! Spend your evening browsing the stores, nibbling a delicious chocolate treat (or two!), and getting your holiday shop on.
The Pocock Rocks Music Festival & Street Fair celebrates Bristol, Vermont as a great place to shop, dine, live, work, and visit.
The event will feature live musical performances from seven well-known and loved regional bands, and host over 30 vendors from microbrews, wine, hard ciders, and spirits, to specialty foods, gifts, and crafts. There will also be activities for the kids, the SunCommon Bouncy House, the Vermont National Guard, and, of course, our own incredible restaurants and shops.
Why Pocock? Our town was originally founded as Pocock on June 26th, 1762, in honor of a distinguished English admiral. The town’s name was changed, for unknown reasons, to Bristol about 25 years later in 1789.
Money raised from the Pocock Rocks Music Festival & Street Fair supports the community-building efforts of Bristol CORE.
This year’s festival has unfortunately been canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The event will return next year on June 19, 2021.
